General Litigation Attorney - Real Estate

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Litigation Attorney specializing in Real Estate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in real estate litigation matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in real estate litigation cases in various courts and administrative agencies.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to real estate transactions and disputes.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes amicably when possible.
  • Prepare and present cases in court, including making oral arguments and witness examinations.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive representation of clients.
Qualifications
  • Jurisdictional license to practice law as a General Litigation Attorney.
  • Proven experience in real estate litigation or general litigation.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and litigation skills.
