What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for highly driven individuals with a passion to learn and to add to several of our sales teams. You will be apart of an 8 week training class that will equip you with the tools and skills to be CyberCoders successful. We will train you from start to finish on how how to run a full desk from business development to recruiting. When you graduate our program, you will be able to manage a full desk which will satisfy our clients need and continue to fill you pocketbook.

You will be running a full life cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own lead generation methodology and using our proprietary systems to source for the best talent available in highly competitive markets. As the primary point of contact for your clientele, you will be negotiating fee agreements, delivering on resumes and interviews as well as negotiating salaries for candidates.

What You Need for this Position

- Degree from an accredited university/college
- Money motivated (we love to pay out)
- Interest in learning about the recruiting and technology industry
- Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
- Laugh at the face of danger and rejection (not afraid of a no)
- Have a passion or interest in communicating with others (you don't have to be a chatty Kathy, but you can't be a dull Danny)
- Are resourceful
- Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
- Don't live in the box... think outside the it! Get creative on ways to solve problems.
- Have a fun personality and people generally like you ( come on now, we like to see personality)
