BIM Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies across various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure effective coordination and integration of all disciplines.
Conduct clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks.
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera.
Assist in the development of BIM standards and workflows within the organization.
Provide training and support for team members on BIM tools and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks or similar software.
Experience with project management software such as Primavera is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
