Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least two years of experience in handling complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and develop expertise in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
  • Draft and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Handle discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with trial preparation, motion practice, and discovery.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
