Controls Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing control systems for our production processes. This position requires a strong background in electrical and control engineering, as well as experience in automation and data systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes
Implement and maintain PLC and HMI systems
Work on SCADA systems to monitor and control industrial operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate controls into machinery
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Utilize CAD software to create designs and schematics for control systems
Develop and optimize robotics and automation processes
Integrate sensors and vision systems for enhanced functionality and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Controls Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI design
Familiarity with SCADA systems and data acquisition
Experience with CAD software for controls design
Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
