Salary: $100,000-150,000 DOE

Position Overview
The Electrical Foreman oversees electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes. This role involves managing a team of electricians, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality control throughout the installation and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of electricians on various projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Plan and schedule work assignments for the team
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement appropriate solutions
Maintain communication with project managers and clients regarding project status
Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician License
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience in scheduling and project management
Commitment to quality control standards

Company covers hotel and also pays Per Diem for travelers.
