Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to provide expert legal guidance and representation in immigration matters, and USCIS petitions, and criminal defense. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration law and a commitment to helping clients navigate the complex immigration process, along with trial experience. This role is crucial in advocating for individuals and families seeking to achieve their immigration goals, or struggling with the process. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on immigration law and procedures
  • Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions
  • Represent clients in immigration court and during hearings
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law
  • Assist clients with appeals and trial preparation
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on their cases
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders in immigration matters

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active member of the Colorado Bar (CO Bar)
  • 1+ Year Immigration Law Experience 

Nice To Have 

  • Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience with employment-based immigration is a plus
  • Familiarity with appeals and trial processes is a plus
