Salary: $110,000 - $180,000+ DOE

Position Overview
We are a leading law firm dedicated to seeking justice for those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Our commitment to our clients and our passion for achieving fair compensation drives our success in personal injury cases.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will advocate for individuals who have suffered injuries, helping them navigate the legal process and obtain the compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations to evaluate the merits of potential cases.

  • Investigate accidents and injuries, gather evidence, and build strong cases.

  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.

  • Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlements.

  • Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. 

  • Provide legal guidance and support to clients throughout their cases. Stay current with personal injury law developments and changes.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active license to practice law in California.

  • 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.

  • Strong negotiation, litigation, and trial skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Compassion and dedication to helping clients in challenging times.
