Plant Manager
Position Overview
The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. This role is crucial for optimizing production and maintaining high-quality output while managing resources and leading a team of skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the plant to ensure efficient production processes.
- Supervise and lead a team of operators and technicians to achieve production targets.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of materials and supplies required for production.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in plant management or a similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical gear, compressors, flares, thermal oxidizers, piping, flow meters, and mobile equipment.
- Experience with gas analyzers, biogas, and natural gas production processes.
- Familiarity with renewable natural gas and biogas production methodologies.
- Proficient in PLC systems and their application in plant operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
