What You Need for this Position

7+ years of MEP Construction industry experience
Active P.E. License will be a huge bonus but is not required
Experience with industrial, and commercial construction projects
Experience with mechanical/electrical/plumbing or HVAC design
Assisting the Engineering Department Manager, implementing systems, and attending critical meetings
Effective Communication with Preconstruction team, new and existing clients, subcontractors, consultants, team members, and suppliers
Evaluating proposals, providing cost estimates, creating drawings
Development of project proposals, basis of design narratives, and life cycle cost analysis of various mechanical systems
Assisting in the review of construction documents for plan and spec-type projects during the preconstruction phase of work
